Accountable for the overall performance of the office's operational, client and technical goals, for personnel that report in through the Engineering and Testing and Drilling divisions.Accountable for decision making regarding items that apply to all personnel within the office you are leading (e.g. facilities, office engagement, local marketing, etc.).Continually monitors financial performance of the office and business unit by analyzing current and future Unit activities, costs, efficiency of operations, etc. and provides feedback to management on a regular basis.Objectively evaluating employee performance and establishing and clarifying goals for staff.
