As a Process Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the efficient performance of key global processes in the revenue lifecycle and for taking action when performance improvement opportunities arise. Successful Process Optimization Engineers have extensive experience in Six Sigma process design and reengineering, a deep level of expertise in data analysis, and excellent business and financial acumen.This role requires proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to identify and influence opportunities for improvement. Expert in data visualization techniques for clear presentation of results.Experience working within a Sales organization and understanding of sales processes is required; knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform helpfulProven experience in leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements with change management disciplines.
