KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning: Determine requirements for a target state's modular industrial building permitting program when applicable.Coordinate with Preconstruction Engineering on the development of lead-time and cost estimates for project proposals.Coordinate obtaining needed registrations, and certifications for state modular industrial building permitting.Coordinate with FT I licensing when special licensing is required for delivery, installation, integration, and commissioning of modular Industrial buildings.Co-ordinate with pre-constriction engineering, design engineering, and commissioning to assist in determining if there are elements which may fall under Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (Local AHJ).Ensure the Excellerate Quality Management System and its documentation are aligned to maintain adherence to defined laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and specifications for state modular industrial building permitting.Work with Excellerate Quality to ensure needed compliance during manufacturing operations.Ensure creation and maintenance of needed historical documentation for compliance with state regulations.Develop any needed documentation and timelines to communicate to our team and client the process / status of a project's state modular industrial building permitting requirement Execution: Co-ordinate with design engineering on assembling needed state modular building submittal packages and resolution of any deviations returned from design reviews.File state modular industrial building permitting submittals to required agencies (state and / or third-party).Coordinates with Manufacturing to order state and / or third-party inspections of modular buildings in Excellerate Facility if / when needed.Co-ordinate resolution of any deviations returned from design reviews of state modular building submittal packages.Coordinates with Field Services Team to order state and or third-party inspections of modular buildings at construction sites if / when needed.Generate listings of information to be printed on each modular building Data Plate.Order modular building Labels from Third-Party Inspection company as required.Order modular building Insignias from State agencies as required.Order Dates Plates for modular buildings.Coordinate installation of Data Plates and Labels / Insignias after approval has been granted by third-party and / or state inspectors.Report shipping information to required state and third-party organizations.
