In addition, you will provide project management support for AP item content and test form development by external vendors, as well as digital package User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all AP digital exams. In support of this endeavor, you will strategize with the Executive Director of Assessment to manage the specifications for all AP forms, as well as the ecosystem of AP test and form metadata in the relevant platforms. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including external vendors, to ensure the smooth and effective flow of AP assessment metadata and assessment deliverables across systems (and vendors, as applicable). In addition, you will be responsible for planning and creating schedules, managing projects, and tracking progress through the use of the latest business tools, including dashboards and databases, as well as written documentation and guides.
