Manage end-to-end sales and use tax function for Mohawk and subsidiaries. Manage sales and use tax resources and third-party consulting relationships to ensure sales and use tax function operates efficiently while mitigating risk. Participate in employee feedback process for direct reports via Mohawk processes and procedures. Manage resolution of business operations and customer sales and use tax inquiries and issues. Manage exemption certificate maintenance and renewal process. Effectively manage the communication and coordination of systems issues with the business.
