Partners with HR to process employee time & attendance data from Replicon to payroll and to reconcile variances. Works closely with HR, Finance, & Accounting on all payroll related issues. Works closely with HR and the Regional benefit administration system to ensure accurate benefit deductions and recordkeeping for payroll deduction purposes. Reviews and audits master file and pay data entries, YTD totals, and files amendments when necessary. Ensures compliance and regulation with company policies. Ensures current payroll practices are in compliance with company policy and governance requirements and aligned with legislative requirements. Executes best practice solutions to business partners across the organization; communicates with various departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconciles data interdependencies. Provides coaching and feedback to individuals as well as teams to develop and enhance individual and team performance. Handles real-time decision making, project planning and providing direction. Creates and automates all necessary payroll and management reports. May also assume HR Generalist and HR Business Partner responsibilities, including Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience with Workday for HRIS and payroll a plus.Human Resources Generalist experience not required, but a plus.Experience in administering compensation and bonus plans is also desired.Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines and able to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills and high level attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
