Continually assess market trends and opportunities, client needs and the competitive landscape to develop a marketing strategy that best supports regional growth objectives. Develop annual marketing plans to improve brand awareness and accelerate the sales pipeline. Includes campaign planning, budgeting, vendor management and cross-organizational collaboration. Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement highly custom, targeted campaigns. Includes tactics such as e-mail marketing, webinars, social media and advertising. Delight our clients. Partner with Sales to engage directly with c-level clients such as mayors and superintendents to evaluate client communication and branding needs as a part of their modernization project. Deliver agency-style campaigns on clients' behalf to promote them as leaders in sustainability, champions of community development and communities/schools of choice. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with an energy services company, utility, consulting or financial services company, or a marketing/advertising firm Proven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generation campaigns Keen understanding of sales enablement and the importance of marketing/sales alignment Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Proven project management experience Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Graphic design experience a plus Experience and interest in energy or sustainability industries a plus Personal qualities: self-driven, confident, perseverant, reliable, direct, detail oriented, curious, and creative Writing and work samples must be provided For this position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
