Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and marketing best practices as related to the lines of business supported. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Proven track record in managing marketing projects from inception to completion with measureable results. Knowledge of all aspects of marketing including project management, integrated marketing communications, direct marketing, and advertising including functions of copywriting, graphic design, online marketing, and branding. Ability to effectively organize and present information relevant to senior management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Strong knowledge of Google Analytics; certification preferred. Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar website content management systems. Ability to generate high-level campaign ideation to meet client goals and objectives. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Strong team player and self-starter who is a motivated contributor and brings a positive attitude to the team. Strong organizational skills, including project management, and the ability to think creatively. Strong attention to detail, problem solving and internal communications. Understand brand requirements and consistently apply brand standards throughout all channels. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline. Minimum 4 years' relevant Marketing experience, industry experience preferred. Experience with Wrike (or similar project management tool.) Experience in defining and managing the scope of projects with metrics to determine performance. Experience in creative and technical writing for marketing purposes. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
