You will work closely with other designers, researchers, product management, engineering, data science and operational teams to successfully go from early stage product concepts to iterations and launches of new features and offerings.Key job responsibilities- Create world-class, user-centered designs based on market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability research- Collaborate directly with Conversation Designers and the Research team to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all customer touch points- Partner with the Product Management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements- Collaborate directly with software engineers and data scientists to bring the resulting designs and vision to market- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications- Present design work to the design team, product team, and leadership for review and feedbackA day in the lifeYou will work directly with product managers to understand requirements, and develop design concepts that will be reviewed with leadership.
