Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's) Five (5) years of developing applications using Java. Two (2) Experience supervising software developers. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related experience. Hold or be able to acquire a government security clearance; requires U.S. citizenship. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Expert level in Java programming. Experience in Computer architecture. Ability to communicate effectively with a product team. Able to work with minimal supervision.
