If you're ready to take your career to new heights, then let's talk!Essential Job Functions Will IncludeOversee review, survey, design, and completion of electrical projects for our customers.Calculate labor and materials cost in order to prepare complete, accurate, and profitable bids and quotes to meet specifications.Collaborate with customers, management, and trade technicians to plan and organize project work schedules. Review contract drawings, detail drawings, and specifications.Review job estimates and prepare project budgets.Estimate and negotiate change orders.Prepare and review submittals.Track, forecast, and report labor hours and material costs.Maintain and control documents in compliance with company standards and contractual compliance.Expedite and track delivery of major equipment materials.Supervise trades and mechanical technicians on jobs as needed.Ensure full compliance of company safety policy on job sites.Desired Skills And ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of electrical project management and estimating experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field preferred.Extensive knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of electrical plans, blueprints, and drawings.Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials, and specifications.Ability to accurately estimate electrical work.Ability to effectively communicate to others basic electrical concepts.Experience with contract documents including contract drawings, subcontracts, addendums, specifications, and change orders.
