Overview The responsibility of the Contract Administrator is to prepare and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, including primarily customer sales contracts for SaaS and other products and services. Drafts agreements, advises management of contractual rights and obligations, and provides interpretation of contractual terms and conditions.
