As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain the Clinical Laboratory Technologist license noted above within six (6) months of their appointment to this title.2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have prior lead or supervisory experience, knowledge/experience with NYS, The Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements, inspections, and/or audits, previous/current leadership experience with a focus on team building, personnel management, scheduling and previous/current progressive leadership experience with focus on instrumentation/method evaluations and inventory management. This position also offers an annual geographic differential of $4,580 annually in addition for a total salary range of $93,219 - $116,477 annually.Qualifications:Required Education and ExperienceLicense Requirement1.
