This position is located in our Marlborough, MA office, Monday through Friday, and fully in-office. Our Marlborough office is located in the Marlborough Technology Park. The Park offers wonderful amenities such as a café, gym, outdoor areas, and much more.Your Role:Administrative Assist with minor printing and binding requests. Call vendors for copier problems and call service provider as needed, when requested. Purchase, monitor, and stock office/kitchen/ PPE supplies. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily. Process and ship outgoing mail/packages per appropriate delivery method daily. Submit work order tickets to the property manager for needed repairs/maintenance. Set up and take down conference rooms as needed. Add and remove mailboxes as needed for new hires and terminated staff. Clean out/set up workstations with equipment and supplies as needed. Clean office kitchen refrigerators and microwaves as needed. Assist with administrative word processing, data entry and other administrative needs as requested. Human Resources Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Assist with the onboarding of new employees. Process data changes for the entire life cycle of an employee into HRIS database. Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews. Answer employee questions about policies and procedures and refer employees to HR Manager as needed. Upload and transmit data files. Assist with coordination of career fairs. Perform other duties as required. This is a hands-on individual contributor position that requires both critical thinking and tactical activities including responding to and guiding all employee inquiries/HR Business partner requests regarding payroll and benefit procedures, programs, and rules; audit inquiries from external tax firms, and the Department of Labor or Canadian labor Ministry.
