ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManage Broadband project from start to finish, including being the main point of contact for the client(s).Primarily assist in the El Paso market with Broadband clients.Prepare proposals for new projects, develop cost estimates, and schedule.Perform project route analysis and high-level design for Fiber deployment.Prepare a data bank of all permitting agency requirements.Keep abreast of requirements of various permitting entities and any permitting requirement changes.Update project-specific trackers.Build and mentor the Broadband team. Respond to questions from CAD Technicians and GIS Technicians.Learn and maintain knowledge of client standards, rules, and requirements for planning, construction, and documentation.Assist with Business development in El Paso and relevant locations with Broadband clients.
