This position is responsible for leading the expansion of the business operation in Mexico, upholding the profitability of the organization through sustainable growth, and aligning their responsibilities with the Company's mission, values, and strategic goals.The Head of Operations and Country Manager Mexico will manage all areas in the organization, including full P&L responsibilities, Staff, Production & Logistics Operations and the Facility Management, with indirect responsibility of the service hubs of the company in North America, Global Procurement, and Administration business support.
