Manage a team that develops content to support and promote Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) through various media outlets. Manage informational and educational content shared through audio, video, and text across different communication channels. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units for social media and/or public relations campaigns.
