The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ERP systems, project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects, particularly within SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics environments. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to ERP projects.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics, with SAP Business One experience as a significant advantage.Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Results-oriented with a strong focus on project delivery.Understanding of Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Inventory processes.
