This position ensures services are tailored to the populations served by SAFEty Initiatives, primarily within its residential programs. This position has supervisory responsibility and is responsible for ensuring quality of care consistent with evidence-based models and national standards, and the training of others in evidence-based models. In addition, the position assists the Managing Director of Supportive Services and SAFEty Senior Leadership in ensuring compliance with funder and licensing requirements and promoting the adaption of evidence-based interventions across its programming.
