Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in radio or communication related fields.• Five year's experience in radio with an emphasis on operations.• Experience with network audio consoles (ie. Axia).• Minimum two years supervisory experience.• Experience in radio transmission, propagation, reception and signal chain.• Experience in FCC broadcast regulations and identifications as well as on-air requirements.• Proven record of making split-second decisions balancing needs of listeners, station and FCC regulations.
