This position provides technical expertise and problem resolution on the field integration of Infrastructure Management Solutions. Provide direction and support for implementation and continued use of tools and methods utilized in the improvement of system reliability. Lead implementation and apply advanced quality processes, methods and tools for all new product development programs. Develop and report critical product metrics for warranty and reliability tracking and projections.
