This is a highly visible and critical role that is responsible for driving overall product positioning and product readiness; driving share gain, revenue growth and profitability by gathering and analyzing voice of the customer and launching new offerings into the market. Manages the development of the 3-year strategic growth plan and offering roadmap to build, maintain and launch prioritized products in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Attends tradeshows, visit customers, meet with partners and sales teams to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans. Performs offering cost and gross margin analysis to establish pricing strategies/policies to remain competitive in the market while growing overall profitability and achieving pricing targets. Ensures all customer facing offering documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate, including specifications and offering attributes. Examines current solutions to optimize design and construction. Drives efforts to optimize cost and margin to drive profitability. Manages product offering life cycles from new product introduction through end of life. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred. At least 10 years of technical product leadership experience with increasing managerial responsibilities.
