CompanyFederal Reserve Bank of St. LouisThe Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis is seeking a Cash Support Analyst to support its cash operations.This position was created to strategically place the High Speed or Currency Verification unit in a position to complete daily tasks and provide adequate coverage. You will report to an Assistant Manager.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support for the Currency Verification processing operation by performing designated “supervisory” functions within FedCash Central as well as performing various technical and administrative functions as needed. Follow prescribed polices and requirements for the cancellation, verification, and destruction of unfit currency operations.These include, start of day duties, daily team assignments, resolution of deposit differences or crosses, and processing exceptions. Activities also include monitoring and analyzing required reports and logs, completing end of day duties, and assisting in resolving complex out-of-balance conditions all within accordance of the Custody Controls Procedures Manuals, Treasury Currency Operations Manual, and District Operating Manuals.Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of all team paperwork, provide analytical review of volume and machine performance statistics and metric analysis, monitor daily requirements for review on the video surveillance system, and communicate effectively with Cash Department Management, Law Enforcement Department, and Facilities Department.Provide recommendations to management to enhance department controls and efficiencies and complete projects and analyses assigned by management.
