The team's job is to drive the usage of the product and create relationships. Product and program management team. This person's role would be to activate large customers and grow their usage of the product. They will create adoption plans with the customer and partners, follow through on implementation, and track ROI. This role will play a key role in collecting and quantifying customer feedback to provide directly to the product team.This role will contribute to The Business Program Manager on the Minecraft Education team will play a vital role in driving the adoption of Minecraft among Education customers. They will be responsible for directly engaging with local customers, developing, and supporting programs tailored to their needs, and fostering partnerships across Microsoft Education and other partner organizations. They are responsible for positioning the value of the Minecraft Education product and solutions to customers and gathering feedback to share with the product team. The main goal is to activate and support customers throughout the adoption cycle. The role is not focused on closing deals, but on generating interest, discovery, and alignment with customer needs and goals.Responsibilities:Engage directly with Education customers to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and create tailored programs and initiatives to support their adoption of Minecraft technology.Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, Leaning Experiences, Community, marketing, and sales, to align program strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Cultivate and manage partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of Minecraft Education programs.Develop and manage a budget for program activities, allocating resources effectively to maximize program outcomes and return on investment.Track and analyze key performance metrics and indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, providing insights for continuous improvement and demonstrating the value of Minecraft Education.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, sales enablement, account management, customer success, and/or program management, preferably in the education or edtech industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering programs and initiatives on time and within budget. Experience or interest in role-based scenarios and solutions selling.Deep understanding of the education landscape, including familiarity with educational technology and its application in K-12 settings.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including education customers, partners, and internal teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyse data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance and impact.Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Requirements:2-4 overall years of experience in the field.Candidates with no education/education technology experience will not be eligible for the role.The ideal resume would contain having worked in the education technology space is a plus (have worked in education space, product, does not mean need to be a teacher).
