Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge and transportation engineering Familiarity with Caltrans standards and procedures Proficiency with bridge analysis and design software programs Experience in using MicroStation and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to lead and interact with multi-disciplined teams A background in business development, proposal writing, networking and strong listener of client's needs Experience managing structure-related projects for Caltrans or other local agencies in California is preferred.
