The SBME administrative office is housed in Gallogly Hall, which opened its doors in 2019. With a new building, new equipment, and new resources, our student programs continue to grow and forge research that will help rebuild and advance society. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator will fulfill an essential role within the department to lead the undergraduate program, student engagement, and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accreditation process.  Duties Include: Performing office duties and coordination in support of student programs or services. Maintaining files indicating student progress, letters of recommendations, transcripts, etc., as required. Assisting students and residents by providing information pertaining to lectures, exams, national board exams, financial aid, textbook procurement, etc. Interfacing with Student Services in matters concerning grades, transcripts, and student status. Participating in planning and implementation of orientation for new students. Coordinating schedules or rotations for students and/or medical residents within or outside the college or department Performing various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position. Departmental Specific Duties: Designing, developing, implementing, and managing undergraduate student programs Serving on committees and acting as liaison between offices on and off campus.
