Working daily with Site Staffing Agencies and HR leadership to coordinate the training of new temporary staffing (talent partners) Working daily with technical writers to coordinate the development of work instructions and training aides. Conducting training for staffing at all levels involved with the implementation - daily The role will advocate for training cost items such as rooms, materials, supplies, aides, signage, and video production and will coordinate the efficient use of the cost items but will not have approval authority above nominal levels and will not have direct reports. Lead, direct and manage direct reports Ensuredirectives, rules and procedures are communicated to all staff Personally coach, train and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.
