HARDWARE IN THE LOOP (HITL) MANAGER Based out of Rocket Lab's global headquarters in Long Beach, the Hardware In The Loop (HITL) Manager is responsible for designing, building, running and maintaining our numerous HITL and FlatSat systems. This role requires a mixture of Avionics, Software, and Test experience and a deep understanding of the integration of these components as a working system. The HITL platform is the first "spacecraft" of any program to be built and will "fly" thousands of missions before the first flight hardware will get to orbit. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a team to actively uncover bugs and defects in the system, document meticulously, and report to the respective engineering teams.
