Position Key Accountabilities: Organizes and leads meetings with clients to discuss project goals, audiences, and execution. Evaluates requests, communicates with clients, and allocates resources. Creates tasks, assigns team members, and sets deadlines. Develops and manages workflows to promote efficiencies and communication. Monitors and prioritizes multiple projects. Continually assesses current projects and timelines. Ensures writing, artwork, and design meets university brand standards and policies. Point of contact for vendors, including agencies and software providers. Performs other duties as assigned. Certification/Skills:• Proficient with project management systems. Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.• Strong experience managing projects of all sizes and scope, preferably in higher education and/or healthcare.• Familiarity with website development, marketing, and web accessibility is ideal.Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field is required.Minimum Experience:Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in project management, marketing, or graphic design is required.
