Leads critical initiatives to ensure results contribute business value and align with strategy. Integrates predictive modeling, scenario testing, cost-benefit and other analytic results in the development of business solutions. Advanced degree preferred. Seven years of experience in data analysis, statistics, strategic planning, financial analysis, business analysis or related field, required, or;Associate degree in marketing, market research, statistics or business-related field and nine years of experience in data analysis, statistics, strategic planning, financial analysis, business analysis or related field, required, or;High school diploma or GED with eleven years of experience in data analysis, statistics, strategic planning, financial analysis, business analysis or related field, required.Experience in one or more areas of business operations required. Supervisory experience preferred. Project management experience preferred.An understanding of analysis and research required. Experience with dataset, programming, querying and reporting design required. Advanced knowledge of SAS (or comparable programming language) required.
