The Test Lead will be responsible for all aspects of the quality assurance testing process.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned. Provide hands-on leadership to QA engineers and play an integral role in complete end to end verification of the Logistics IT software systems and components. Plan, execute and manage complex integration-level system tests with multiple dependencies. Test the functionality of the solution to ensure that the application is working correctly. Encourage skill and career growth development within the QA team in parallelwith ongoing mentorship and support. Provide continuous risk assessment and timely escalation of software quality concerns, be an advocate for process improvements, as well as an individual contributor.
