Perform technical reviews of design documents and submittals specific to HVAC, plumbing, and Building Automation and Control Systems. Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance test procedures. Perform functional performance tests on HVAC, Plumbing and Controls systems with stand-alone controls and/or integrated into a building automation system. Assist in providing project management and coordination on small to medium size projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget and schedule.Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in building systems commissioning. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems. Able to work as part of a team, think creatively, and problem solve.
