Location: Boston, MASalary: Depends on ExperienceDescription: Our client is currently seeking a BEST Program Quality Assurance Test Manager Role: Program Quality Assurance Test Manager Location: Boston, MA 02108 Duration: 12+ Month, ContractQuality Assurance and Test Management: • Plan, execute, and lead testing efforts to ensure compliance with BEST PROGRAM requirements. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the end-user community to validate defined user roles. • Identify complex test data needed to execute workflows and perform analysis. • Create and maintain test artifacts, including test scripts, test results, and defects. • Work with BEST PROGRAM SMEs and the Solution Integrator to understand application functionality. • Participate with Program teams during configuration recommendations and modifications. Quality Assurance and SDLC: • Assist the BEST Program QA and Test Lead in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including executing quality assurance best practices and implementing quality controls. • Perform advanced requirements evaluation for "testability". • Attend to details for day-to-day scrum board activities and stand-up meetings. • Participate in Quality Phase Gate Reviews as directed by the BEST Program QA and Test Lead, such as Entry and Exit checkpoints to evaluate work products and readiness assessment for the next phase activities. • Provide guidance on Software Deliverable Life Cycle (SDLC) tool usage by leading by example. • Create and adhere to quality controls such as checklists and templates. • Communicate quality deficiencies early to allow for corrective actions. • Identify process improvement recommendations based on lessons learned experiences. • Prepare knowledge transfer to the Commonwealth during the program transition phase. Methodologies: • Broad knowledge of SDLC methodologies and application of hybrid approaches. Automated Testing: • Hands on experience with automated test tools. • Closely adheres to an automated testing approach for creating, executing, and maintaining automated testing scripts. Integration and Data Conversion Testing: • Support the testing process to establish interface integrations and end-to-end testing. • Support iterative testing of data conversion scripts and files. • Review testing approaches, plans, and outcomes. Reporting to the Assistant Clinical Director (ACD), of CT the Quality Assurance Specialist facilitates the CT Quality Assurance program and provides appropriate education to the staff which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating both orientation and continuing education programs to enhance the quality of patient care services. The Quality Assurance Specialist facilitates QA programs and provides appropriate education to staff which includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating orientation and continuing education programs. Ensures such programs are based on the principle of delivering care appropriate to all ages of the patients served in the department. Responsible for overseeing third party accreditation processes such as ACR, Joint Commission, etc. where applicable. Collaborates with department leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate learning opportunities.
