KeyFunctional Areas of Responsibility Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers) Manage & write daily social media updates around brand and industry articles / topics on behalf of brand and employees for sharing, while maintaining brand voice and consistency Facilitate creation of cohesive creative images associated with these social media posts Schedule social media posts in social media scheduling system / software, ensuring proper tags and tracking is in place for reporting Use social media scheduling system / software to schedule posts & retweets of executives Write additional social media posts for events, announcements, and products ongoing Communicate with internal team on social media post status and implementation Assist in social listening as needed Assist in social reporting as needed Write weekly updates for social media platforms and manage editorial / post schedule Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms for a variety of clients. Develop and maintain client interest groups, targeted lists, and other applicable social media platform data in accordance with account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, engagement rates, and other important account metrics. Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search / social initiatives.
