This position is responsible for overseeing the Pool and focusing on customer service. Customer Service: Politely enforce all Company rules and regulations. Put up closure signs as weather deems necessary. Handle all customer service issues within 24 hours. Communication/Accountability Adhere to the work schedule and make necessary arrangements to ensure coverage. Inform management when supplies are low, or equipment needs repair. Must fill out timesheets daily and submit them as scheduled. Safety Program: Ensure all co-workers and residents follow proper safety procedures and rules. Outgoing personality. Maintaining safety procedures. Stay up to date on safety training. Professionalism: Uniforms must be worn daily. All equipment must be stored properly each night.
