Review conference requests and clarify requests while creating a daily task list (Setup Sheet) for the setup crew. Be a point of contact for our conference planners and internal clients for questions about physical and AV setup for events. Support the department manager with the maintenance of technical audio/visual equipment, tables, chairs, and additional department inventory. Interact with conference planners and internal clients to plan/guide them to a successful meeting/event.Percentage of time:40Duties/Responsibilities:Set-up, operate and support Georgia Center audio visual systems.Make minor repairs/updates to current AV systems, coordinate AV installations with outside contractors.Coordinate technical support/setup with events/groups/UGA units coming to the Georgia Center.
