The position will be filled at either the Assistant Flood Control Planner or Associate Flood Control Planner level and will be assigned to the Flood Control District's Watershed Protection Division in Riverside.Watershed Protection Division staff are responsible for a wide range of surface water resource management and protection activities requiring a detailed understanding of the planning, operating, and engineering characteristics of stormwater/flood projects and systems and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits governing such activities.
