Manage all human resources-related actions in accordance with Company rules and policies.Independently create and implement hotel-level tactical sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and increase business volume during off-peak periods. Monitor sales activities and performance to ensure actual sales exceed the established revenue plan.Analyze current/potential market and sales trends. Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue and market share through added business volume and increased rates.Coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the Sales Office and prospective clients.Develop and maintain positive relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups. Summary: This position is responsible for driving primary demand for Commercial Roof Restoration from the Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors through the value chain in conjunction with the Technical Sales team to project close to capture maximum value for Henry, a Carlisle Company and its customers. This is accomplished by following a sales process that is project centric beginning in the design phase and results in a Henry preferential specification, specifically with building owners. Additional value is created by providing training sessions for the AEC community, presenting at technical seminars and technical support in the selection and specification of our commercial roofing restoration systems. Recording and actively tracking opportunities using our CRM and sharing timely opportunities with other members of the Technical Sales team will be an important part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a building science and construction background, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. Excellent presentation and communication skills and computer literacy are essential, plus you must be able to interact within a team environment. Demonstrated experience and accreditation in an associated discipline, ability to effectively track projects through the specification and bidding stage, and ability to read and create construction details will be considered assets.
