This position will manage expenses and revenue processes related to mutual funds and investment services and all related accounting. As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will lead various investment and derivative accounting and reporting processes within the Owned Asset team including derivatives, seed money, collateral and other investments, impairments, and management reporting. You will partner with the business to develop and implement accounting practices consistent with GAAP and other governing agencies such as SEC, OTC and NAIC. Ledgent is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northern metro adding a Senior Accountant to their team. This role would be a great opportunity for someone who has spent 2+ years in public accounting and wants a position in private industry focused on work/life balance. This role will provide a great opportunity for exposure to full-cycle accounting (working directly under a Controller who has CPA), as well as room for advancement into a leadership position. Fully on-site. Flexible start/end time. 40 hours/week. Up to $90,000/annually.
