We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-focused individual to join our team! This role involves obtaining and processing insurance renewals, disbursing insurance premiums, and assisting with various tasks within the insurance department. ** This is a permanent / contract to hire role that is 100% onsite in Bloominton and pays $24-26.44/hr starting **Job Responsibilties: Gather proof of insurance, policy documentation, and premium invoices for escrowed loans upon insurance policy expiration.Create, maintain, and update files in the commercial mortgage insurance and servicing system.Deliver exceptional customer service to lenders, borrowers, agents, and oother staff members.Review documentation for accuracy and collaborate with the insurance analyst to address any discrepancies.Disburse insurance premiums from applicable escrow accounts and determine next steps in case of insufficient funds.Monitor and manage various reports, dashboards, and the Insurance Team's Outlook inbox.Maintain tracking of loan events and process specific loan events promptly for the Insurance Department.Regularly update workload status to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Associate's degree required.Previous experience in insurance, mortgage servicing, or a related field is advantageous.
