Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute various civil engineering projects. Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Typically works on civil-site projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility and erosion control plans. Partner with internal project management team members by providing technical input and guidance for client conversations and multi-discipline design meetings. On occasion visit job site for construction observation duties. Perform other duties as required. Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 to 10 years' proven experience in civil engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Proficient in industry - standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
