Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing. Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors. Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive and respectful manner. Support store management and customer service manager in maintaining a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at the check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room and parking lot area.
