Overview: WGACA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment. The Salesforce Administrator works with internal and external Salesforce implementation teams to establish and maintain the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and define best practices regarding Salesforce solutions for business users and technical team members - Must be comfortable serving as part technical project manager and part administrator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as system administrator for a Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users Performs Org Administration, including but not limited to updating of federation certificates, regeneration of certificates, creation of integration IDs and tokens, creation and refresh of sandboxes, deploying metadata, installing and updating managed packages, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Performs User Administration, including but not limited to, creation and assignment of roles, creation and updating of role-based permissions, user provisioning and de-provisioning, and reassignment of user records Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Manage integrations of internal systems, system configurations, and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security Design and implement custom applications, workflows, Salesforce Flows, and validation rules using Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Collaborate with stakeholders, product and fellow technologists to proactively administer our Salesforce instance Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions.
