DescriptionSummary: The Program Manager is primarily responsible for consulting system-wide on compensation-related tax issues, including payroll (W-2) and independent contractor (1099) matters. The payroll department is responsible for payroll tax reporting/compliance, and the Accounts Payable department is responsible for 1099 reporting/compliance. This role will be responsible for resolving issues and answering questions raised by these teams. The Program Manager's secondary responsibility is to coordinate the system-wide compliance of the partnership tax reporting function for CHRISTUS Health.
