Mentor and coach sanitation leaders and performers across the enterprise.Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and equipment vendors to ensure that new or modified equipment meets sanitary design and regulatory requirements prior to purchase and installation. For CIP equipment start-ups and projects, provide support with the CIP Neptune validation process using the EPM (project management) process tools working as a team process owner or performer.Review and analyze data from the Sanitation audits, pathogen environmental monitoring program, pre-op inspections, MSS site audits, food safety audits (internal, third party, customers, and Regulatory), customer complaints, and other relevant data sources.
