Maintain monthly "cost to complete" updates for the VP for review.Monitor and supervise the deployment of the project to ensure the achievement of quality and timely execution of the project.Documentation (electronic and paper documentation as required), coordination and communication of any project progress to Management and customers.Oversees and assists in the procurement of the required project materials.Reviews the finish samples, mockups, schedules (material, vendors, subs, etc.), shop drawings, and other project related reports to ensure accuracy.Establishes work plan for each phase of the project and arranges for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel throughout the project.Provide 2/3-week lookaheads for client.Confers with the project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, contract requirements, and related specifications.Responsible for proper close-out of the project.Manage employee "on the job training" and development objective.Qualifications10+ years' experience, Masonry, Sealant, and Building Restoration experience is a plus.Demonstrated experience managing projects that include concrete repair, waterproofing, facade repair, masonry repair, coating and sealants application is a plus.Proficient with Microsoft office applications specifically Excel, Word, and ProjectExperience with or ability to use ProCore.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, working closely with clients, engineers, consultants.Strong leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage others and project management skillsGood communication skills.OSHA-30 certification and First Aid / CPR Certification a plus.Ability to travel.Proficient in motorized, suspended scaffold, fixed scaffold, and aerial Hi-lifts.Application knowledge of horizontal and vertical coating, sealants, and repair materials.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $90,000.00+ per yearBenefits:Paid Time OffDental insuranceHealth insurance
