Full-Time, 40 HoursMonday - Friday (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)Oversees the clinical education and supervision of radiologic technology students enrolled in an accredited affiliated Radiologic Technology program. GENERAL OVERVIEW:The Center for Specialized Healthcare Services (CISS) is an innovative practice model. This model is designed to provide comprehensive health care and wellness evaluation for Executive Health Patients and Concierge Practice Patients, as well as International Patients seeking short-term primary care.Our goal is to provide patients with superior access to care, information and tools that promote collaboration with their care team and increased self-management of health. The design of the care teams, clinical operations, space and technology will ensure that each staff member is well supported and can effectively use their unique skills as they collaborate to care for patients. The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) is a registered nurse with master's preparation in an expanded role who will provide direct care to adult individuals, families, and/or groups in a Primary Care Practice. This care includes conducting physicals, follow up exams and urgent care visits, ordering lab and imaging tests and consults, prescribing medications, reviewing results, triaging, and patient teaching.In collaboration with the physician and other staff, (s)he is responsible for the diagnoses, treatment, and provision of care for patients during all phases of wellness and illness. S(he) coordinates the care a patient may need in the community with Visiting Nurses or case managers.
