WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination. Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data. Experience working across departments. Experience with current technology in direct marketing and marketing communications. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of direct marketing and marketing communications. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience are appreciated. Ability to implement complex processes. Familiar with direct mail/digital engagement campaign strategies and toolsets Ability to use existing technology including project management and graphic design software to achieve desired results. Experience with database management. Knowledge of current trends in direct marketing. Strong organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
