Ability to speak effectively in public.Solid diplomatic and relationship building skills; demonstrated ability to build and nurture teams; ability to lead effectively and enhance internal and external relationships, including partners and donors.Proven people management and leadership skills; demonstrated ability to deliver results and translate words into action. Position Description:The Office Director is our go-to for operations, systems, and processes that ensure our offices are running efficiently and effectively supporting our clinicians and clients. This role is based in our Naugatuck, CT headquarters and will have oversight of our offices in Naugatuck and Ansonia.
