Protect student private information and serve as a role model for assuring student confidentiality. Participate in all efforts to support the College's mission to continuously improve the MD Program via guidance to faculty and other stakeholders.25% Student Performance Analysis and Intervention Identify and develop interventions for students who are off track with progress. Develop interventions via consultation with Course Director, relevant faculty members and/or the Associate Dean. Support the development and execution of personalized remediation plans for students. Prepare documentation, analyze performance and provide feedback related to student progress in all MEDSCHLR, 1st and 2nd year courses to students and faculty as applicable. Facilitate the management of educational records to support the requirements of Student Promotions, Evaluation and Awards Committee (SPEAC) work. Support the Faculty Senate approval process for courses developed; ensure relevant stakeholders are apprised of the process status. Monitor the Years 1 and 2 grading committee's decisions around student grades, ensuring compliance with WSU and LCME accreditation requirements and standards for ongoing feedback to students.
